The Topeka Convention and Visitors Bureau
is a professional, nonprofit agency providing a wide range of services
to the meeting planner. We are dedicated to the success of your meeting
or conference by offering the following services:
The Bureau sales staff is available to
assist you in locating hotel, meeting facilities, and attractions. Site
tours can be arranged by our staff. A personalized bid presentation, along
witha welcome letter from the Mayor of Topeka to your board or membership
is also available.
The Bureau will be happy to assist with
recommendationsto help plan your special events and spouse tours. Coordination
of transportation scheduling and step-on guides are some of the services
provided. Suggested itineraries are available.
The Bureau provides a variety of promotional
materials and brochures on Topeka, to help promote meeting attendance.
Complimentary name badges with inserts
(laser compatible) or stick-ons are available. Registration table assistance
or hospitality table with Topeka brochures that provide information about
area attractions, dining and shopping can be provided.
Assistance can be provided in acquiring
local media coverage to promote your event in the community.
The Bureau can provide a welcome bag,
Topeka literature, and other memorabilia for your convention delegates
A welcome greeting can be arranged for
your delegates by a Topeka official.
